Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your tea! If you're not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 days.

     

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
